How to pick your size: Lay a belt you already own flat and measure it end to end, then match the closest belt length above. Height and weight are a starting point — the measured length is what actually matters.

A note on youth sizes: The lengths above are accurate, but this is a thick belt. That thickness takes up extra length in the knot, so younger students — especially those still learning to tie their own belt — often do better ordering one size up. It gives an easier knot and a longer tail.
