HOW THESE FIT
The Rise Vale Tudo Shorts are a compression garment. They are built to sit tight against the body so they stay put during grappling, clinch work and ground exchanges — no bunching, no riding up, nothing for an opponent to grab.
Because of that, they will feel snugger than a pair of board shorts or training shorts in the same nominal size. That is intentional. To get the right size, measure your natural waist with a soft tape measure and match it to the chart below. If you are between sizes, or want a looser, less compressive feel, order the next size up.
Waist Measurements
- Small: 24 – 27 in.
- Medium: 28 – 31 in.
- Large: 32 – 34 in.
- X-Large: 35 – 37 in.
