Return & Exchange




We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from Phoenix Fight Gear. If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or full credit/refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling. Shipping charges will only be refunded if a mistake was made by Phoenix Fight Gear during the shipping process. Phoenix Fight Gear will pay cost to ship the replacement product(s). All products must be unused, in resalable condition, in original packaging and include all tags, attachments, paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure credit. If returning an item for a warranty or defect please see the section for Warranty & Defects. Please email with any concerns regarding your return or exchange.


If you would like to return an item that you purchased on, please follow the instructions outlined below.

  1. Pack the product(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible.
  2. Please make sure that the address to which it will ship is clearly legible.
  3. Before sending the return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the product(s) via insured ground service. You will be responsible for all shipping charges.
  5. Keep the Tracking Number for your return in order to monitor delivery status. Phoenix Fight Gear will not be responsible for lost or missing return packages.


You may request a store credit with or a refund. You can expect a full credit/refund to be issued of the purchase price and applicable taxes, minus the shipping and handling, within 3 days of receipt to our warehouse. If requesting a refund it will be issued to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. The credit/refund will be issued to the original purchaser. Discounted merchandise will be issued a credit/refund at the purchased price.


All clearance products purchased on are final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.


Sales are final on all custom items. No refunds will be available for any custom items.


Phoenix Fight Gear is dedicated to providing our customers with an outstanding ownership experience. Phoenix Fight Gear’s product warranty is reflective of our commitment to our consumer’s ongoing satisfaction. With limited exceptions, if your Phoenix Fight Gear product is found to be defective within the first 30 days after shipping, Phoenix Fight Gear will cover all expenses, including replacement and shipping costs to and from our facility when necessary. If we determine that a replacement product is not available, we will provide you with a product of comparable or better value. Damages not covered are damage resulting from abuse, cosmetic damage (such as scratched leather or stained fabrics), and incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses.
