The gear and equipment sold on phoenixfightgear.com helps to provide a level of protection from injury but are not warranted to protect the user from injury. Phoenix Fight Gear is not responsible or liable for any injuries or damages that result from the use of the gear and equipment sold here or for the participation in Martial Arts or Fight Sport related activities. With time and use the materials used in Phoenix Fight Gear products will lose some of their effectiveness and will require replacement. Replacing equipment periodically will aid in providing a safe training environment.

HOW CAN I TELL IF A PRODUCT IS AVAILABLE?

A product’s availability is clearly noted on the Product Detail page as In Stock or Backorder. Most products on our site are In Stock and ready to ship. Some products are temporarily out of stock and are considered a Backorder item. Expected shipment time for a backorder product is typically 4-6 weeks and is indicated on the product detail page.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout process. Orders shipping to destinations outside the United States might incur duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs office for more details about your country’s duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

HOW DO I CANCEL OR MODIFY AN ORDER

Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders are difficult to cancel or modify once they are placed. If you need to cancel or modify an order please call Customer Care as soon as possible at 855-499-0200 and we will do our best to make the necessary changes. WHAT IF I RECEIVED MY PRODUCT AS A GIFT AND I WANT TO MAKE A RETURN?

All Phoenix Fight Gear products require a valid proof of purchase in order to make a return or warranty claim.
