Website Shipping Policy

Depending on the product(s) you purchase on phoenixfightgear.com and the location to which the products will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your product(s). Shipping costs are based on the shipping method of choice along with the weight & size of the total order. Your total shipping charges will be automatically calculated during the checkout process.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

The availability of a product is clearly noted on the Product Detail page as “In Stock” or “Backorder.” Most products are In Stock and ready to ship. Some products are temporarily out-of-stock (Backorder). A backordered item can take from 4-6 weeks to ship.

IN STOCK PRODUCTS

Most orders for In Stock products begin shipping as soon as your online purchase is completed. Our goal is to ship all orders the same business day. Products are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. In Stock products leave the warehouse in 1-2 business days. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. You will receive updates regarding your order status via email.

BACKORDERED PRODUCTS

Backordered products are items that are temporarily out of stock but available for purchase on our site. Backordered products that you may order are shipped directly to you once it is back in stock. You will be notified of the status of your product via e-mail. Expected shipment time for a backorder product is typically 4-6 weeks and is indicated on the product detail page.

DELIVERY METHODS

We have partnered up with UPS and USPS to provide you with fast and timely deliveries. You will have the option to upgrade your shipping method during the ordering process for additional convenience.

SHIPPING TIMES

Standard Shipping – Please allow 5-14 business days for delivery*
Ground Shipping – Please allow 1-8 business days for delivery*
Second Day Shipping – Please allow 2 business days for delivery*
Next Day Shipping – Please allow 1 business days for delivery*

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email specifying what carrier was used along with the corresponding tracking number. Please note that items in your order may ship from multiple locations and can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES

Some heavy and oversized items require extra shipping fees based on size or weight. These fees will be added on to the shipping cost during the ordering process. If an item requires extra shipping it will be noted in the item’s description.

U.S. SHIPPING OUTSIDE U.S. 48 STATES

Orders shipped to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories are shipped via USPS Priority Mail®. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days for Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. territories and 7-15 days for military addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders outside of the United States can be shipped via International First Class (estimated delivery time of 4-7 business days), International Priority Mail (estimated delivery time of 7-10 business days) and International Express Mail (estimated delivery time of 3-6 business days). Actual delivery times may be longer depending on location and local customs processing. Customers are responsible for being aware of and paying any customs fees and duties charged by your country. Some items, may be restricted by your local laws. It is your responsibility to be aware of these restrictions before placing an order. If you order an item that is prohibited in your location and it is returned to us, your refund will exclude any shipping and customs fees that we incur.

P.O. BOXES

P.O. Box orders will be shipped via Standard or USPS shipping methods only.

SHIP TO COUNTRIES

The following is a list of countries we currently ship to. Some items, however, may be restricted by your local laws. It is your responsibility to be aware of these restrictions before placing an order. If you order an item that is prohibited in your location and it is returned to us, your refund will exclude any shipping and customs fees that we incur.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned, when applicable, to packages immediately and generally appear on our website along with your order information. However, it may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier’s tracking system. Even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on the way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours.
